We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Placing an Order
• Order On our E-Store Site:
You can order on our site by placing items you wish to order into the shopping basket and proceed to our secure checkout. The checkout will automatically calculate shipping or discounts for you.
• Order by Phone:
You can also place your order over the phone by calling our Chippewa Valley Pride (CVP)- “Outdoor Nature E-Store at 800-236-7585 Ext. 146 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm central time. Shipping fees on phone orders cannot be calculated until your order has been entered into our order system so if you need to know your shipping when you place your order, please place your order online through our site. Sorry we do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States.
Calculating Shipping
Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order, and the zip code to which your order is being shipped. To find out the shipping fees on the items you would like to order simply place the items in the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. Enter your shipping information. The shipping calculator will show you the shipping on your order. You do not need to enter any credit card information to view the shipping costs.
Item Availability
In-Stock Items - Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
Terms of Shipping Methods & Costs
After placing your order with Chippewa Valley Pride (CVP) – Outdoor Nature E-Store you will receive an automated confirmation email. The receipt of the order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of any order by us. The automated order confirmation email you will receive only confirms that our system has received your order.
Our Outdoor Nature E-Store reserves the right to correct any order errors, or to limit the order quantity for any item. Items out of stock are not automatically backordered. Out of stock items will need to be reordered when available. Our Outdoor E –Store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order to a customer if we suspect fraud, failure to provide a valid email address or other contact information, incorrect billing information, or other information necessary to process y our order, or for other reasons at our discretion. We may request verification of credit card information or other important information, prior to the acceptance of any order. Orders over $100 will be shipped UPS to the billing address on file with the credit card company and may request a signature at time of delivery.
UPS - Standard Ground
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally. We use the UPS - Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please call us at 1-800-236-7585 Ext. 146 should you have any questions.
Order Status
• Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

UPS Return Fees and Address Re-routing
This applies to all customers. Orders returned to us because of failure to deliver by UPS due to incorrect or incomplete addresses given on an order, refusal of a customer to accept a package when delivery is attempted, or failure to make arrangements to provide a signature if required by the UPS driver at time of delivery, or re-routing of the delivery address by the customer, will be charged all return shipping fees charged by UPS, as well as the original shipping fees, or additional address change fees for re-routing the order to a different delivery address which is currently $10.00. These shipping fees on returned orders will be deducted from any credit due on returned merchandise. The $10.00 service fee by UPS for changing the delivery address of your order will be charged to your credit card.
If you entered your shipping address incorrectly when you place your order and need to change it, please email us at info@countrysidecoop.com or call us at 1-800-236-7585 Ext. 146 immediately, so that we can change the address for you before your order is shipped out. If your order has already been shipped and you discover your address was entered wrong, please email us immediately so that we can try and have UPS reroute the package to the correct address. NOTE: UPS does charge a correction fee and you will be responsible for paying that fee.
Damaged Product
If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately at 800-236-7585 ext. 146 so we may contact the shipper who will investigate the damage. Failure to contact us within 5 business days after receiving the damaged merchandise may result us being unable to replace the damaged item, or issue a credit for damaged items, as the shipping carrier may not accept any claim not made in a timely manner.
Returns
If for some reason you wish to return an item you have ordered from us, please read the following return policies and procedures before making the return.
Certain merchandise can be returned must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the merchandise as long as the returned merchandise has been unused, unopened and has not been damaged in any way. All returned merchandise must be in the original unopened manufacturer's container or packaging in which you received it, as well as still may be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 15 days. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Please contact us at 1-800-236-7585 ext. 146 for instructions on the return of products before returning them.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an unused item for something different or a different size, please contact us by email at info@countrysidecoop.com or by phone at 1-800-236-7585 Ext. 146 within 15 days of receipt. We will fill out an exchange form so when we receive your package it can be exchanged for the item you wish. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for returning the new item to you unless it was an error on our part. If we made the mistake, we will include extra merchandise to cover the cost of regular mail to send the item back for an exchange, or we may issue a UPS pickup call tag to bring the item back to us. No exchanges will be made after 15 days.
IMPORTANT!
Most bird and wildlife enthusiasts do not want to receive products possibly exposed to other birds, wildlife, or improper storage and handling conditions and Chippewa Valley Pride (CVP) cannot warrant the safety and quality of products returned in opened packaging.
